ATTICS International Equality and Diversity Policy

These policies are developed exclusively for ATTICS International. Any copying, sharing, or reuse without written consent is not permitted.

Purpose

ATTICS International is committed to promoting equality, diversity, inclusion, and respect in all aspects of its operations.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all individuals engaging with ATTICS International  including employees, learners, clients, partners, and stakeholders are treated fairly, with dignity and respect, and are not subjected to discrimination or harassment of any kind.

Scope

This policy applies to:

  • Employees, management, and contracted personnel
  • Auditors, trainers, assessors, inspectors, and laboratory staff
  • Students, trainees, and certification candidates
  • Corporate and individual clients
  • Approved centres and partners
  • Shareholders and external stakeholders

Reporting and Complaints

Any individual who experiences or witnesses discrimination, harassment, or unfair treatment may report the matter through ATTICS International’s Complaints & Appeals Procedure.

All reports shall be handled confidentially, impartially, and without retaliation.

Protection Against Retaliation

Individuals reporting equality concerns or participating in investigations are protected against retaliation under ATTICS International’s Whistleblower Protection Policy, with any alleged retaliation treated as a separate disciplinary matter requiring immediate investigation.

Training and Awareness

ATTICS International provides equality and diversity awareness training to ensure understanding and implementation of this policy across all operations.

Monitoring and Improvement

Equality and diversity performance shall be monitored through:

  • Feedback and satisfaction surveys
