Purpose
This document defines the roles and responsibilities of the Assessment Team involved in the delivery of training assessments, examinations, competency evaluations, and certification-related decisions under ATTICS International.
It ensures consistency, fairness, transparency, and compliance with international standards in all assessment activities.

All assessors and examiners must participate in annual calibration sessions to ensure consistent application of marking criteria, with attendance records maintained and remediation required for individuals demonstrating significant deviation from standardized scoring.
