ATTICS International Learner Feedback Recording and Review Procedure

Purpose

ATTICS International is committed to delivering high-quality learning, assessment, and certification services that meet learner and stakeholder expectations.

The purpose of this procedure is to define how learner feedback is collected, recorded, reviewed, and used to improve training delivery, assessment practices, learner support, and overall service quality.
