ATTICS International Online Learning Branding Policy
These policies are developed exclusively for ATTICS International. Any copying, sharing, or reuse without written consent is not permitted.
Purpose
ATTICS International is committed to maintaining a strong, professional, and consistent brand identity across all digital and online learning environments.
The purpose of this policy is to define the standards and controls for the use of ATTICS International branding, identity, content, and intellectual property in online learning platforms, ensuring brand integrity, legal protection, and consistent learner experience worldwide.
Scope
This policy applies to:
ATTICS International Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Virtual classrooms and webinar platforms
Online course materials and digital resources
Approved and partner training centres
Marketing and promotional materials for online courses
Trainers, consultants, and content developers
Learners accessing online platforms
Policy Statement
ATTICS International shall:
Maintain consistent brand identity across all online learning environments
Protect its name, logo, trademarks, and intellectual property
Ensure approved centres follow branding standards
Prevent unauthorized or misleading use of ATTICS branding
Present professional and globally consistent digital learning experiences
ATTICS International Brand Elements
The following are protected brand assets:
ATTICS International name
Official logo and color schemes
Taglines and brand messages
Website and domain identity
Course titles and qualification names
Certificates and digital badges
Learning content and training materials
These assets may only be used with written authorization from ATTICS International.
Online Learning Platform Branding Standards
All ATTICS online learning environments must:
Display the official ATTICS International logo
Use approved brand colors and fonts
Show correct organization name and contact details
Present course titles exactly as approved
Include copyright and ownership notices
Avoid altering or distorting brand elements
Approved centres must not substitute or co-brand ATTICS identity without written permission.
Use of ATTICS Brand by Approved Centres
Approved centres:
May use ATTICS branding only for approved programs
Must follow official branding guidelines
Must not claim ownership of ATTICS qualifications
Must not create independent variations of ATTICS course branding
Are subject to monitoring and audit for brand compliance
Non-compliance may result in withdrawal of approved centre status.
Intellectual Property Protection
All online learning materials, including:
Course content
Videos and presentations
Assessments and examination content
Digital handouts and manuals
Remain the intellectual property of ATTICS International unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, or modification is prohibited.
Learner Responsibilities
Learners must:
Use online materials for personal learning only
Not share or distribute content externally
Not reproduce ATTICS materials without permission
Respect copyright and intellectual property rights
Monitoring and Compliance
ATTICS International shall:

Misuse of Branding

Online branding implementation shall comply with:

Secure hosting and access control requirements
Compliance with International Standards
