Assessor – Job Description

Job Title: Assessor

Reports To: Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) / Program Manager

Role Purpose:

The Assessor is responsible for conducting fair, valid, reliable, and impartial assessments of learners’ knowledge, skills, and competence in accordance with approved assessment plans, qualification requirements, and ATTICS International policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments in line with approved assessment plans and criteria
  • Verify learner identity and eligibility prior to assessment
  • Apply assessment standards consistently and objectively
  • Collect valid, authentic, sufficient, and current evidence
  • Record assessment decisions accurately and completely
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to learners
  • Implement approved learner adjustments and special consideration
  • Maintain confidentiality of learner information and assessment records
  • Declare and manage conflicts of interest
  • Comply with ATTICS International policies and procedures
  • Participate in standardization and professional development activities

Authority:

  • Recommend assessment outcomes based on evidence
  • Request additional evidence where required
  • Refer issues to IQA or management when necessary

Competence & Qualification Requirements:

  • Relevant technical or professional qualification
  • Assessor qualification (where applicable)
  • Demonstrated occupational competence
  • Knowledge of assessment principles and practices
  • Understanding of impartiality and confidentiality requirements

Performance Monitoring:

  • Assessment sampling and observation by IQA
  • Feedback from learners and IQA
  • Compliance with quality and assessment standards

Internal Verifier/ Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) – Job Description

Job Title: Internal Verifier / Internal Quality Assurer (IQA)

Reports To: Quality Manager / Top Management

Role Purpose:

The IQA is responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, validity, and integrity of assessment and certification processes across all programs delivered by ATTICS International.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal quality assurance strategies
  • Monitor assessor performance through sampling and observation
  • Verify assessment decisions for consistency and compliance
  • Ensure assessment tools and materials meet required standards
  • Support assessor development and standardization
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17024, and ISO 21001 requirements
  • Monitor implementation of learner adjustments and special consideration
  • Identify nonconformities and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain IQA records and reports
  • Support audits, accreditation visits, and management reviews

Authority:

  • Approve or reject assessment decisions where required
  • Require corrective actions from assessors
  • Recommend suspension of assessment activities if quality risks are identified

Competence & Qualification Requirements:

  • Relevant technical or professional qualification
  • IQA/Internal Verifier qualification
  • Proven assessment and quality assurance experience
  • Knowledge of international education and conformity assessment standards
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Trainer / Instructor – Job Description

Job Title: Trainer / Instructor

Reports To: Training Manager / Program Coordinator

Role Purpose:

The Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality, learner-focused training aligned with approved curricula, learning outcomes, and ATTICS International learning delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training in accordance with approved learning plans
  • Prepare and maintain training materials
  • Engage learners effectively and professionally
  • Support learner progress without compromising assessment integrity
  • Maintain attendance and participation records
  • Ensure safe and inclusive learning environments
  • Collect learner feedback for improvement
  • Comply with learning conduct and delivery practices

Quality Manager – Job Description

Job Title: Quality Manager

Reports To: Top Management

Role Purpose:

The Quality Manager oversees the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of ATTICS International’s Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17024, and ISO 21001 compliance
  • Develop and control policies and procedures
  • Conduct internal audits and management reviews
  • Monitor corrective and preventive actions
  • Support accreditation and certification activities
  • Promote a culture of quality and compliance

Administrative / Program Support Staff – Job Description

Job Title: Program / Administrative Support Officer

Reports To: Program Manager

Role Purpose:

To support operational, documentation, and coordination activities related to training, assessment, and certification services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain learner and assessment records
  • Coordinate schedules and logistics
  • Support communication with learners and staff
  • Ensure document control and data protection compliance
