We are seeking a highly competent and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage our human resource operations. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about people management, organizational development, and creating a positive workplace culture.
The successful candidate must hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a well-reputed organization, and demonstrate a strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards
- Oversee training, learning, and professional development initiatives
- Act as a strategic partner to management on HR-related matters
Mandatory Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience in a well-reputed organization
- Strong command of English (excellent written and verbal communication skills)
- Proven ability to manage HR operations independently
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, etc.)
- Experience with HR systems, reporting, and compliance audits
