We are seeking a motivated, strategic, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to support our sales growth initiatives and enhance our market presence. This role plays an important part in executing sales and marketing activities, expanding client networks, and supporting brand development across local and international markets.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales and marketing operations and will be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring consistent brand representation. This position requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to convert market opportunities into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and coordinate sales and marketing activities to support business growth objectives
- Implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue-generating prospects
- Support and motivate sales and marketing teams to achieve performance targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Assist in managing brand positioning, campaigns, and promotional activities across channels
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and performance data for informed decisions
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations for management review
Mandatory Requirements
- achelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, including leadership or managerial responsibilities
- Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven capability to lead teams and manage sales and marketing operations independently
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with both local and international markets
