We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our business growth initiatives and manage key client relationships. This role is ideal for a professional who can combine strategic planning with hands-on execution to achieve sustainable revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, possess at least 5 years of relevant business development or sales experience, and demonstrate a strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals
- Identify new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities
- Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures
- Manage and mentor business development and sales teams
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
- Prepare business proposals, reports, and revenue forecasts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic growth roles
- Strong command of English with excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business targets
