We are looking for a result-driven and highly motivated Business Development Officer (BDO) to support our growth and expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.
The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, have at least 2–3 years of relevant business development or sales experience, and demonstrate excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities and target markets
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, engagements, and conversion activities
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Strong command of English (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
- Proven negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets

- Experience in B2B sales or corporate services
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Experience working with local and international clients
