ICTQual AB Accredited Certified IQA Licence (CIL)
Maintaining Integrity, Consistency, and Quality in Assessment.
Course Overview
The Certified IQA Licence (CIL) is a professional, evidence-based certification developed for experienced Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs) who are actively engaged in quality assurance, standardization, and the monitoring of assessment practices within vocational, professional, or workplace learning environments. This programme is designed for practitioners who already hold a recognized IQA qualification and seek formal licensing and professional recognition of their practical internal quality assurance expertise.
The CIL follows an assignment-based approach that prioritizes real-world application, reflective practice, and authentic quality assurance evidence rather than classroom-based instruction. Candidates are required to complete structured assignments that demonstrate their professional knowledge, skills, and competency as IQAs. In addition, learners must submit relevant IQA documentation and evidence that reflects their active involvement in internal quality assurance processes.
This programme is fully aligned with current assessment and quality assurance practices, regulatory frameworks, and awarding body standards. It ensures that certified IQAs are capable of effectively planning, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing internal quality assurance activities, including standardization, sampling, feedback, and continuous quality enhancement.
