ATTICS International Management Structure for Delivery and Assessment of Qualifications

Purpose

ATTICS International is committed to delivering qualifications, training programs, and certification services through a clear, structured, and accountable management framework that ensures consistency, fairness, quality assurance, and compliance with international standards.

The purpose of this document is to define the management structure, roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines involved in the delivery and assessment of qualifications under ATTICS International.

Scope

This structure applies to all activities related to:

  • Training and educational program delivery
  • Examination and assessment processes
  • Personnel certification schemes
  • Qualification and certification decision-making
  • Approved training and examination centres
  • Online and in-person learning platforms

It applies to all personnel, committees, centres, and partners engaged in qualification delivery and assessment.

Management Structure Overview

Roles and Responsibilities

Top Management / Governing Board

  • Provides strategic direction for qualification and certification services
  • Approves qualification frameworks and schemes
  • Ensures compliance with ISO standards and accreditation requirements
  • Safeguards impartiality and integrity of certification decisions
  • Allocates resources for training and assessment operations

Quality & Compliance Manager

  • Oversees implementation of quality management systems
  • Ensures qualification delivery complies with ISO and regulatory requirements
  • Maintains policies and procedures for assessment and certification
  • Reports performance and compliance status to Top Management

Academic & Certification Committee

  • Develops and approves qualification structures and learning outcomes
  • Defines assessment strategies and pass criteria
  • Reviews and updates course and examination content
  • Advises on certification and qualification standards

Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) Unit

  • Monitors quality of training and assessment delivery
  • Conducts internal audits and moderation
  • Ensures consistency across approved centres
  • Reviews assessment decisions and processes
  • Recommends improvements

Approved Centre Management

  • Delivers training and examinations on behalf of ATTICS International
  • Ensures centre compliance with ATTICS policies and standards
  • Manages trainers, assessors, and invigilators at centre level
  • Maintains learner records and reports to ATTICS

Training Delivery Team

  • Conducts training programs based on approved curricula
  • Supports learners throughout the learning process
  • Ensures training delivery meets defined learning outcomes
  • Provides feedback to IQA and Academic Committee

Assessment & Examination Team

  • Designs and administers assessments and examinations
  • Ensures secure, fair, and impartial assessment conditions
  • Evaluates learner performance against defined criteria
  • Maintains confidentiality of examination materials

Certification Decision Panel

  • Independently reviews assessment results
  • Confirms competence and certification eligibility
  • Issues qualifications and certificates
  • Ensures impartial and evidence-based decisions

Reporting and Communication

  • Approved Centres report training and assessment activities to IQA
  • IQA reports findings to Quality Manager
  • Quality Manager reports system performance to Top Management
  • Certification Decision Panel operates independently of training delivery
  • All decisions and records are documented and traceable

Impartiality and Independence

To ensure credibility:

  • Training delivery is separated from certification decision-making
  • Assessors do not certify their own trainees
  • IQA and Certification Panels operate independently
  • Conflicts of interest are declared and managed

Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement

The management structure supports:
