We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and strengthen our market presence. This role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth, developing effective marketing strategies, and managing high-performing sales teams across local and international markets.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in sales and marketing leadership and will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring consistent brand positioning. This position requires a strong commercial mindset, strong leadership capability, and the ability to translate market insights into measurable and sustainable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end sales and marketing operations to achieve business growth targets
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Identify new market opportunities, business partnerships, and revenue streams
- Manage, mentor, and motivate sales and marketing teams to deliver high performance
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Oversee brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities across multiple channels
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance data to drive informed decision-making
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations for senior management
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, with leadership or managerial exposure
- Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage sales and marketing operations independently
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with local and international markets
