ATTICS International Staff Development Policy and Procedures

These policies are developed exclusively for ATTICS International. Any copying, sharing, or reuse without written consent is not permitted.

Purpose

ATTICS International recognizes that the competence, motivation, and continuous professional growth of its personnel are essential to delivering high-quality, credible, and internationally recognized services.

The purpose of this policy and procedure is to establish a structured framework for staff development, training, competence maintenance, and career progression, ensuring all personnel remain capable, informed, and aligned with organizational objectives and international standards.

Scope

This policy applies to:

  • Permanent and contract employees
  • Consultants and external experts
  • Auditors, trainers, assessors, and invigilators
  • Inspectors and laboratory personnel
  • Administrative and support staff
  • Approved centre personnel delivering ATTICS International services

Identification of Development Needs

Staff development needs are identified through:

  • Job role and competence requirements

Where gaps are identified, further training is arranged.

All records are stored securely in accordance with the Document Retention & Secure Storage Policy.
