ATTICS International Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy
These policies are developed exclusively for ATTICS International. Any copying, sharing, or reuse without written consent is not permitted.
Purpose
ATTICS International recognizes the growing role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies in education, professional services, and business operations.
The purpose of this policy is to establish principles and guidelines for the ethical, responsible, transparent, and secure use of AI tools, ensuring that AI enhances productivity and learning without compromising academic integrity, data protection, or certification credibility.
Scope
This policy applies to:
Learners and examination candidates
Trainers, assessors, and invigilators
Auditors, inspectors, and laboratory personnel
Employees and consultants
Approved centres and partners
It covers AI use in:
Learning and teaching activities
Assignment and project preparation
Examination and assessment processes
Administrative and reporting functions

Disclosure Requirement
Where AI tools are used to support learning, assignments, or professional documentation, users must:
Declare AI usage where required
Remain accountable for final content
Ensure originality and compliance with plagiarism rules
AI Use in Examinations and Assessments
AI tools are strictly prohibited during examinations unless explicitly authorized
Unauthorized AI use in assessments is treated as cheating or malpractice
Data Protection and Confidentiality
